All the journals published by Scholar Journals are freely open access and will provide free access to research information to the international community without financial, legal or technical barriers. All articles will be freely distributed. We encourage our students to write scientific papers. There is a service https://writing-service.org/ that you can turn to for help and get your written work done quickly. This publishing system is based on source code obtained from the Public Knowledge Projects Open Journal System. The Public Knowledge Project is dedicated to improving the scholarly and public quality of research. It operates through a partnership among the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia, the Simon Fraser University Library, the School of Education at Stanford University, and the Canadian Centre for Studies in Publishing at Simon Fraser University. A specialty of Scholar Journals is the self-sufficient independent online web platform for each and every journal. This enhances the browsing and downloading experience.
